Vitamin D Supplementation? Is it Really That Important
There are so many amazing things we continue to learn as we are propelled through this powerful time of technological growth! There is so much to learn, so many choices to be made, it can be downright overwhelming. While we can enjoy so much beauty and peace there is also the flip side of side effect and unwanted results when those choices backfire on us.
Along with all this technological excitement, we are also misled into believing that we are incapable of healing ourselves. Ever since the 1950’s campaign of better living through chemistry our world has been turned upside down. Where disease was very real it wasn’t as rampant as it is now. Severe illnesses such as cancer and diabetes were very low. We began visiting the doctor to receive so-called ‘cures’ and have been taught that only the doctor holds the ‘cure’.
It’s time to take a look farther in the past before modern chemistry took over what Mother Nature used to do for us. While we spend time looking for a breast cancer cure we are missing out on what our bodies can actually do for us. The human body holds amazing healing powers and this knowledge has been lost to us over the last hundred years.

Currently, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women are diagnosed with cancer.
It is true that we are living longer and if we have been following the modern eating and living routine then it is more likely that we will be diagnosed with a chronic illness such as cancer. Let’s keep in mind that our lifestyles have changed significantly over the last 100 years from lots of fresh air, fresh food, lots of daily movement to contaminated air, pesticides in our food, and sitting most of the day.
How did our species make it this far? Let’s take a quick look at the healing modalities that have been used for centuries. For instance, Ayurvedic medicine. This tradition has been
Secondly, have you ever heard of an aspirin deficiency? Well, no. Usually, one might have a vitamin B deficiency or might be dehydrated. Let’s think about that for a moment. If we have a headache we might reach for the aspirin. This is modern thinking devoid of natural education. What would be more helpful is to evaluate your water intake and stress levels. Do you have a water deficiency or an aspirin deficiency? What makes more sense logically?
It’s natural for us to want a quick fix. This is a survival mechanism that has helped us survive this long through history.
These clues can help us understand what’s important to the human body. What are the real needs of our bodies?
